Enjoy a deeply regenerative extended practice focused on the inner art of Yin Yoga with Devon Sweeny. When practicing Yin, we explore the geography of the subtle body. Sessions include pranayama (guided breath work), gentle movement vinyasa, and meditation set to ambient soundscapes in a contemplative practice. This approach to embodied meditation develops and maintains suppleness in the muscles as well as the joints, increases strength and vitality in all systems of the body, cultivates sensitivity, and refines the energy body. Yin Yoga gives you the space to slow down to cultivate clarity as your observe the processes of your unique physical landscape. Each practice has a different focus, to provide a supportive and interactive full body renewal.
