Connection // authentic relating

  • Archipelago 2345 7th Street Denver United States (map)

One of the healing and transformational tools of advanced AR is the ability to hold multiple perspectives, and to fully understand, appreciate, and reflect the values and perspectives of others. The stretch required to really see the world through the eyes of others can often be uncomfortable, yet staying in the discomfort of holding multiple perspectives can be a means of building bridges where only divides used to live.

How fully can you inhabit another person’s perspective from the core, from their essence, truly seeing the world through their eyes? To do this, you need to know what they care about, to feel into their underlying core values, to get deeply curious about them - not just through their words but through their whole way of being. You need to rehumanize them. Authentic Relating provides the tools and skills to rehumanize each other and to hold and integrate multiple perspectives powerfully and effectively.
