Authentic Connection // Growth, Chaos, Stability & Stagnation

  • The Attic 2345 7th Street Denver United States (map)

Over the course of this workshop, we will explore the beauty, complexity, and simplicity of being human together. We will practice exercises that allow us to connect on a deeper, more fulfilling level. This workshop will empower you with tools to consciously choose how to connect.

Authentic Connection // Growth, Chaos, Stability & Stagnation

Like the seasons, we are constantly changing.  Just like the leaves fall, we must eventually shed what’s no longing serving to create greater alignment in our lives.  There are times for planting new seeds, feeding the flower buds that will one day bloom, and tending to our highest desires.  When you experience change, contraction, expansion, and everything in between, how do you navigate life?  Do you prefer a specific stage of this process?  Why? What are these experiences like for you?

Together we will discover how to welcome wherever we are at with an intention for greater acceptance and wholeness.  We will dive into connection and cultivate a deeper understanding of our humanity.

Come as you are. Be with what is. Discover something new every time.
