Join Nora for an hour of embodiment meditation, a practice that fluidly incorporates breath, mindfulness, and visualization. Throughout this practice, we cultivate a deeper connection with our mind, body, and spirit. Embodiment meditation provides practitioners with access to the wisdom held within the body. We will bring the sensations of the body into our awareness, providing us with a foundation for deep relaxation. This is a great introduction for those who have never meditated and for those of us who have struggled with meditation in the past.
Nora has studied yoga across the United States and throughout Latin America, receiving her 200 hour teaching certification at Durga’s Tiger School of Tantra, Yoga, and Shamanism in Tumbaco, Ecuador. Her humor, ease, and comfortability create a safe and sacred space where her students can truly relax into being.
